Welcome to Casa Kenwal, your private oceanfront vacation retreat! 

Casa Kenwal features an open floor plan with large windows facing the incredible ocean views and breezes.  Its large kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs.  Dining includes 4 barstools at the kitchen island and a large dining table that seats 8.  The living area features comfortable furniture and television with satellite television.  A first floor half-bath completes the first floor common area.

Each bedroom features deluxe mattresses, custom furniture made from local woods, and ensuite baths.  The first floor bedroom features a queen bed and private bath.  The second floor features three additional bedrooms: A streetside bedroom features a King bed, sitting area, and bath.  One of two oceanfront bedrooms features a king bed, private bath, and terrace.  The other features a double bed, private bath, and terrace.

The outside of this attractive home offers lots of amenities to enjoy the best of oceanfront living.  A large, covered terrace on the first floor has plenty of outdoor furniture for enjoying breezes and al fresco dining.  Enjoying the home's pool and private beach area is a great way to take advantage of our warm days.

Casa Kenwal is situated on a corner lot and surrounded by a lovely flagstone wall for increased privacy.  It is also a short walk to Puerto Morelos' town square.

Our onsite caretakers will give you all the privacy you desire, but are available to address any need.  Weekly rentals include a light breakfast, served Monday through Friday and maid service 6 days per week.

Yo can have continental breakfast for 2.5 USD per perosn per day.
