Newly remodeled, Cerca Mar provides excellent accommodations for a family or 2 couples!!  Located within easy walking distance to the Town Square (about 8 minutes) and only 1/2 row from the ocean, Cerca Mar makes a great vacation rental that won't break your budget!!

The kitchen is well equipped and features lovely Mexican Terracotta Tiles, as well as a breakfast bar.

The Living Space has a comfy sectional sofa, two chairs, ceiling fan, flat screen TV and DVD player.  In addition, there is a sliding door that accesses the large outdoor porch.

Cerca Mar has a lovely main bath with stone sink and roman shower with Mayan mosaic tile detail.

Each bedroom features:

• Bedside Reading Lamp

• Ceiling Fan

• Large Closet with Shelves and Hanging Space

The bedroom on the east side of the building has black out curtains to keep the early morning sun from awakening you if you are planning to sleep in.  The other bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens onto the terrace.

The outdoor porch is a great place to enjoy your meals, a good conversation, or a great game of cards!  Covered and lit, our guests enjoy this terrace morning, noon, and night. 

Your rental at Cerca Mar also includes 4 beach chairs ...And  the beach is VERY close!  Cerca Mar is located on a public beach access street and is only 1/2 row from the ocean.

Maid service is not included but you can decide to buy it ... as you wish (20 USD each).  Every time your housekeeper will wash dishes, sweep floors, remove trash, and clean bath, make beds, and restock with fresh towels.  Sheets also be changed midweek.  What does all this mean??  YOU ARE REALLY ON VACATION!!!
