Spectacular gardens, phenomenal pool with slide and waterfall, and an outdoor living area and bar make this home's garden (hosted by Kokopelli) the main attraction. Play volleyball or basketball in the pool, match up in a round of ultimate ping-pong, or enjoy margaritas in the hot tub...it's all up to you!! There is even outdoor tub to rinse and dry dive and snorkel gear.

Step inside to enjoy the homes comfortable furnishings, handmade Mexican furniture, carved doors, and lots of beautiful stained glass windows fill the rooms with colored light.

The living room features comfy leather furniture, flat panel TV, American Satellite, DVD, Xbox, and a Bose Surround Sound System, all while overlooking the pool and garden.

The spacious kitchen and dining room are accommodating for large groups and supplied with all of the necessaries to cook a feast.

ALL of the bedrooms feature stained glass windows, quality bedding, and satellite television.

The sleeping arrangements are well suited for a large family or for 2 Couples with or without children! The Master Bedroom has a King Bed. The Guest Bedroom has also has a King Bed, which can be converted into 2 Twin Beds. And the Second Guest Room has two sets of bunk beds. With this flexibility, this home works great for 2 Couples, as both can enjoy private terraces and King Size Beds. It also works well for a family with a "Girls" and "Boys" Room.

The fabulous master suite has a King Size Bed incredibly beautiful master bath with shower and jacuzzi tub. Enjoy the privacy of this bedroom's private terrace that overlooks beautiful mangrove views!!

The first Guest Room boasts a King Size Bed, which is also convertible to 2 twin beds. It also has it's own balcony, futon, tv, and armoire. Just steps away from the main bath, this room works great for a second couple!

The second Guest Room has 2 sets of Bunk Beds, tv, and stereo. It too is very near to the main bath.

Continue on up the carved banister staircase for an incredible and very private rooftop terrace that features lots of loungers, tables, and chairs for taking in the 360 degree views. A large portion of the terrace is shaded with thatch palapa and another area is wide open to privately soak up the sun.

Don't think it could get any better? The beach access is just steps from the front gates. Access to a 5-star spa is yours to enjoy. And you don't have to lift a finger the entire stay. Daily maid service is included. A wonderful, English spoken caretaker lives on site for added security. And...a private chef/bartender can also be requested to make breakfast, serve snacks, mix poolside drinks, and prepare lunch (and dinner, if you like) -- He even does all of the grocery shopping. You truly NEVER have to lift a finger!!
