Surrounding Areas Petempich -- Exclusive, Gated Community Consisting of Oceanfront Homes and Resorts. Located 5 minutes north of Puerto Morelos and 10 minutes south of the Cancun Airport. Playa Del Secreto -- A Gated, Residential Oceanfront Community 5 minutes south of Puerto Morelos. Colonia / Zona Urbana -- Located in Puerto Morelos, on the West Side of Highway 307.
