Perfect for a family  or a romantic getaway, this newly constructed villa exudes charm and casual contemporary style.  Its unique design and private location make this a great spot to relax and unwind.

The open design of the first floor combines kitchen, living, and dining areas that overlook the pool and gardens.  The large modern kitchen is fully equipped for eating in.  The living room features comfy sofas, cable television, and a large sliding glass door that leads out to the fantastic pool area.  (One sofa converts to a bed for extra sleeping space.)  The first floor also features a full bath and washer/dryer.

Upon climbing the stairway with views on either side of lagoon and pool, you will find entries to the 3 bedrooms.  The master suite features incredible ocean views from its wall-to-wall windows, a king size bed, and private bath with oversized tub.  The guest bedroom features a twin bed and ocean views.  A third reading/TV room features a futon which is a great place to enjoy a great read by day and sleep at night.

Poolside is where you will want to spend your days.  The large shared pool features a shallow area end with loungers and jets, as well as  barstools at the opposite end for sipping slushy poolside margaritas.  In addition, there are sun and shade decks for enjoying the outdoors in and out of the rays. 

Playa Paraiso's beautiful beach is also a very short walk from villa.   Located across the street from public access, the beach is just steps away...30 seconds and you are there!!

Playa Paraiso ("Paradise Beach") is a gated residential community of upscale beachside homes located between Puerto Morelos and Playa del Carmen -- both accessible by car in 15 minutes.  In addition to its beautiful homes, Playa Paraiso features a springfed lagoon, tennis court, diving/snorkeling, and an incredible beach. 

Located on either side of Playa Paraiso, are the Mayan Palace and Iberostar Resorts.  Both resorts offer excellent dining opportunities and golf courses.
