Las Tortugas Condominiums is a small enclave of 9 luxury condominiums that are spacious, comfortable, and beachside. The common areas feature lush, tropical gardens with a pool, hot tub, plenty of lounge chairs, and shade palapa for outdoor enjoyment. 

Located on the beach access, it is just steps to the widest section of Puerto Morelos's beaches is just outside your door and the various beach clubs are nearby. Also located in the heart of the village, it is a short 5-minute walk to the town square.
This third floor penthouse condo was recently upgraded, features a kitchen, dining, and living areas that are combined in an open floor plan of 1400 square feet. It is great for a family or very comfortable for two couples. The living areas separate the two bedrooms for maximum privacy.

The condo features full size appliances and a spacious, well-stocked kitchen for cooking and margarita making. Just off the kitchen is the dining area for 6. 

The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa and chair and access to the balcony with lounge chairs and a small side table. The living room has a TV with a DVD player.
The master bedroom suite is accented with incredible stain glass art that provides privacy and amazing morning light. It features a king size bed with a quality mattress; cathedral ceiling; a private bathroom, with a shower, double vanity and sinks; and access to the large balcony with spectacular breezes coming off the beach.

The guest bedroom features a queen size bed with a quality mattress. 

The main bath for the condominium is conveniently located just outside the guest room door.

Washer and dryer provided for your convenience.

We have beach chairs, cooler, and beach towels for our guests. Upgraded finishes, custom tropical hardwood cabinetry, granite counters, common area Wi-Fi Internet, and extensive lush landscaping make your stay a relaxing tropical retreat.

Your vacation rental includes a mid-week cleaning with a change of linens. If you don’t want to lift a finger while on vacation...we don’t blame you! We will happily arrange for additional cleanings.

Guests are well taken care of in our condo. Our local host has an office located in the Puerto Morelos Town Square, hotel-style concierge services to help you with any trip planning and travel questions, and an after-hours emergency line to personally address any needs that you have during your stay.

Weekly Rentals include a mid-week cleaning.
Additional cleanings can be arranged upon request.
